If any city ever didn't deserve the team that fell into their laps it's Miami this year. They are just beyond pathetic. I've ranted about this ad nauseum on twitter before but with the exception of the Dolphins and sometimes the Buccaneers what pro team does the state of Florida support/deserve?

I've watched so few movies in the last five years it's actually pathetic. I can't remember the last time I saw a film that was nominated, No Country For Old Men probably. Nothing ever looks interesting to me anymore. I don't know what's changed, movies or me, but something has.

I am "at" a significantly less successful place than that. But comments like those make me forget about all that and feel better.
