If it's okay with you I plan to stop when my Wednesday gets to mediocre.

A buddy of mine who's about 20 years older than me and chock full of rural Canadian folksy goodness likes to say "it is better to keep your mouth shut and allow people to think you are a fool rather than open it and remove all doubt."

Likes this.

All I know is that the raccoon is the genius of the animal kingdom.

I saw them in a big tent at an Indian casino in Wisconsin in the summer of 06. It was cool; there couldn't have been more than 2,000 people at the show. The first six songs they played were all from the first album I believe. They basically just played the whole time, blending one song into the next. It was a good

Love the young lady who calmly walks through the 2:08 mark talking on her phone with a plate of food. Nobody's fuckin' up her lunch.

If you believe that you are what you eat then this was inevitable.

If I was a Knicks fan that would probably make me cry.

Does anyone really think that this makes the Knicks better this year? I do not. I don't think that the Knicks themselves think this makes them better this year. No, this move was obviously made for two years down the road but will Knicks fans wait that long? Knicks fans have alrady waited how many year through the

I think the Knicks got totally screwed by the impending work stoppage. They had to give away 3 of their 4 top scorers to get Carmelo rather than just waiting for him in free agency. Anthony had to sign something this season rather than risking unemployment for much or 2011-2012. The Knicks have 3/5th of an NBA

I did see someone get starred over at Gawker last week and there was text saying they had been starred at the bottom of their comment just like before.

If you click the time/date stamp to the right of the comment it pulls up the thread as a page and then you can see the @ replies. Or at least I can see them on my laptop using Chrome.

It's funny because I knew Deadspin existed for years and I get The Sporting News and always (still do) read the Leitch column first yet I never bothered to check it out. I remember thinking after the Bissinger incident that now I really have to check that site out but I still didn't. Then in late-2009 I somehow found

We're supposed to get a foot of snow over the next 24 hours in my neck of the woods so "miserable" can be a relative term.

I've been wearing baseball caps and collecting them since I was a young kid. Since I do wear them though they wear out and I occasionally have to throw them away.

It's enjoyable too if you follow a bunch of fans of your teams. I find it alot of fun to have conversations and debates with fellow fans. I'm half Deadspin commenters and half Wisconsin sports fans.

Someone recommended it to me on duan a few weeks ago and I'm glad they did. I watched the whole first season in one day/night.

I love this version of it, reminds me of movie soundtracks on the NES.
