I've seen Dylan Bruce (who plays Paul) in interviews and panels with other cast members and I think he does come across as personable and engaging. Which I guess does make elements of his portrayal of Paul somewhat baffling at times.

The "Five Eyes", often abbreviated as "FVEY", refer to an anglophonic alliance comprising Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. These countries are bound by the multilateral UKUSA Agreement - a treaty for joint cooperation insignals intelligence.
I hope Helena gets to meet at least some of the other clones and main characters. Up to now, she's been largely isolated from the main cast. I also hope Cosima gets to mix with the rest of the group a bit more, she seems to spend a lot of time to one side of the main action.
Well, here's hoping that the longer it takes, the more horrible it is when he gets what he rightly deserves. Him and everyone else who has it coming over there.
How does that reconcile with the trend that all parts will inevitably be played by Tatiana Maslany?
I gave a copy of the first season on DVD to my brother on my birthday and just told him to watch it blind and not even read the back. I told him it's the best show I've seen in years, however we often diverge in our tastes so I hope this is one of those times we're in agreement.
The one thing I'm looking forward to more than anything else in this show is that Helena gives the Prolethians what's coming to them, especially in light of the final scene of the episode. Helena has been stabbed and shot but that just felt so much worse.
I'm going to be honest, I didn't like this episode much at all. I've at least rewatched my favourite scenes from all the previous episodes many times but this is the first one I don't really feel any burning desire to see again. I couldn't help shake the feeling that in future, I could just skip over it in watching…
He said he had children in the episode after the one where Helena tried to shoot him (1.04).
I think it's easy for us to forget that Sarah was quite a different character before the series started, she had to change from what she was like fairly quickly through necessity.
Since you asked, I just felt like doing some movie reviews of German movies I liked as if one of the characters from the show did them. I chose Katja Obinger because, well you know, German and all that.
Well, a lot of people live under those conditions in Russia, in fact I did read about in the most extreme conditions, around the Arctic Circle they have to use UV lights in some communities to get sufficient exposure.
I do agree there's a touch of the early Dakota Fanning about her but perhaps that works for the character? The narrative certainly all but says there's something out of the ordinary with her and that otherworldliness seems to get it across that she's not like your typical child.
Well, since it is for all intents and purposes, a new group of villains, it made sense to clear the decks. It reminds me of the early episodes of Buffy Season 2 and getting rid of the plot lines left over from the earlier season.
I'm sure things could change once we see more of Rachel. You couldn't be blamed for hating Alison based on episode 2 and 3 but by the end of the first season, she was most people's favourite (or at least until the garbage compactor disposal threw a bit a doubt in some people's minds at least).
If anyone desperately wants to see what Paul (and Rachel) is up to, skip to the minute mark. No huge spoilers here as far as I can tell but this scene is in a future episode.
Knock yourself out.
It's not really giving anything away but if you look up the Inside Orphan Black video for Helena, there's a suggestion that you might get your wish.
That rendition of Matt Frewer's Dr Leekie was easily the best moment of the episode, if not the whole season so far.
I just want to give Helena a hug. Admittedly preferably in a armoured robotic Waldo suit, or even better with said suit being controlled from a safe location via remote control but still.
