Tatiana Maslany is Iron Man!

We know she did! She did both marijuana and Godspell back in college. I originally had model in quotes, to emphasis that by 'model', she hadn't gotten a criminal record as opposed to things that she had actually done.

"… Other than Sarah Stubbs and obviously Tatiana, that is the cast of Blood Ties – the pianist in the show and the blonde girl on stage, those are the creators of the musical, and the two men in the cast are from the show. So we were basically working with their cast and the musical’s creators. Isn’t that cool? And

The bear spray! It does nothing!

I like to think that Art was a veteran stage actor in the past before joining the police (like the actor who plays him is in real life) and found the material too lowbrow and tacky for his tastes (I've done Shakespeare for goodness sake!).

You might want to have a talk to Vic about Alison 'not having a taser'.

Add a trick question next time. "What city is the location in Continuum playing?".

Even before that though, there was an element of Sarah rubbing Helena's nose in it (Ha ha, not only are you no special snowflake, you're everything you've been taught to hate) at the worst possible time and probably far too quickly.

I'm reserving my judgement until I've sampled the merchandise.

Apparently ethnic Russian parents though. Her biography on Wikipedia says they wrote her Russian speaking ability into the character.

Kathryn Alexandre got a mention in the credits as "Tatiana Maslany's Acting Double" for this (and presumably every following) episode.

Some things they've very cleverly distracted us from, as I haven't really seen anyone talk about it (though it may turn out at least some of these aren't significant):

You mean Evil Canada was just Canada all along? What a twist!

… or between the rockiest rock and hardest place known to man. I dread to think what they must have on him that can stop him running off into the sunset and never coming back.

Rachel hasn't had much screen time yet but there's already been some good turning on a dime acting. The cool calculated presentation gets shattered when Sarah fires the gun and she's finding things outrageously not going her way and then when Paul steps in, she's all smug snake again even with a gun in her face. Then

I both agree and disagree with you. It certainly was a powerful moment when Helena got shot and started bleeding out, even though there were certainly potential stories that hadn't been told life can be abrupt like that.

But isn't their neighourhood just generally nosy anyway?

I suspect that day might be coming.

I can't comment. I live in a country where if you wanted a handgun for personal protection the answer is a flat no, so no firsthand knowledge. Also, the screen said DMV which would be car vehicle registration, wouldn't it? Unless it was some kind of combined data screen I suppose.

I posted separately to this that the other thing that helps me reconcile clone patents among other things is that this show is obviously set in Evil Canada. For starters, I'm all but scandalised that the general level of civility that has frequently been exhibited is not what I've come to expect from Canada.
