I rewatched The Fountain just a couple weeks ago, for the first time in years. I loved it a lot when it came out, and was pleased that it held up very well - almost shockingly so. The musical and visual build to the climax is just fucking stunning. And I completely agree that it would pair well with Solaris (a movie

Good call! The Fountain definite has a similar vibe.

I can rewatch it an infinite number of times because it's so visually and musically beautiful.

As much as I loved watching The Fountain when it came out in the theaters, I don’t think I can revisit that film.  There’s almost no humor and lots and lots of crying.  Even when it’s on cable, I can only stay with it for about 20 minutes before I have to change channels.

He’s more than halfway there just being himself.

P&R rivals The Simpsons (1-9) for my favorite show of all time, and this really made my heart feel full and happy. I pulled my Lil Sebastian shirt out of my closet to wear to work tomorrow.

What in the wide, wide world of sports is going on here? 2005?

This reminds me of Hitchhiker’s Guide..in a good way
I’m getting a strong “B Ark” vibe off of this.

I’ve felt that the show was a little toothless up until now. Having it dive full-on into black comedy was an excellent choice.

Wow, this came pretty late to the States, huh? I’ve streamed this a good while ago. Definitely one of my top favorites for this year. Just a complete package all around.

I've got the That Thing You Do soundtrack. So awesome
