They do run out. But the rate of losing the magnetism is so slow that it is considered to be negligible.

However...since the magnets lose their magnetism, the energy that we get is just non renewable!! The event is just using the force of magnetic field to create motion and reducing the magnetic field. Its like killing the magnetic property of it for the sake of energy.
