I agree he should be allowed to compete with the boys. You have to have monitoring though if he did. The monitoring would have to be to see if the hormone levels stayed in the acceptable range. He could easily gain an advantage if be took more of the hormone. That’s where it gets tricky with taking hormones in sports.
