If you lack the strength and dexterity to cut through an avocado skin, I seriously doubt you’re going to be able to open this packaging.
The problem with “breaking the seal” by cutting the fruit’s natural wrapper is that oxidation begins immediately. To prevent this, they’d almost certainly have to use a multilayer film which includes adhesive(tie) layers, strength layers, and an oxygen barrier film. These are notoriously difficult to recycle.
