As a kid, at the end of each year I'd excitedly drag my mom to the local Barnes and Noble and spend my time browsing the calendars, choosing what would basically be my theme for the coming year. I was a weird kid.

I blaze through most horror movies now, but even a twenty minute cringe worthy sitcom can take me an hour or so from the amount of times I have to pause it. I could never handle it. I used to hide my eyes when I watched Doug as a kid. That dude was so awkward it killed me.

Denise the Pig seems problematic. Her Muppet isn't as expressive as most, and coupled with an extremely normal voice (faulty accent notwithstanding), she sticks out as a puppet. You feel the voice-over with her and lose the illusion.

I've read Harry Potter since it came out. I was eleven at the time, so it spoke to me in a very special way and I never put it down. I've re-read the books a few times, even as an adult. Last week, I had to be told that Diagon Alley is diagonally and it quickly dawned on me that I might actually be stupid.

I was really hoping for more occult type stuff. Oh, well, I guess another cop show is good, too.
