Gawker Media disagrees with you and as a result they have folded due to their own mismanagement.

You don’t think a bunch of reporters who support the publication of private sex tapes having their sex acts recorded and published would count as newsworthy?

Essentially, the writers of Gawker say it's ok for me to make an internet website posting sex tapes and medical records of Gawker bloggers.

The official Gawker stance is that I can post a video of any of the writers having sex and then follow that up with a photo of the medical records of their broke dick from said video taped sex, correct?
