I’ve auditioned for Disneyland (parade dancer) and it is ROUGH. They immediately did the first cut into like 10 out of 200 people. We all saw each other audition, and those 10 were just. So. CHEERY. Not only does every move need to be on point, but your smiles and demeanor need to be able to cure cancer.

I went to JITB one late night with my vegetarian friend, had this conversation:

I am SO pro-Black Eagles so far, though reading this (and reading too much into the game), you can deduce that Hubert will only be on a Black Eagles team, Dedue for Blue Lions, and Hilda for Golden Deer (afaik they aren’t recruit-able into other houses)

Did some matches with a friend last night. Hero is ABSOLUTELY a hype-moment character, with the criticals and the menus. I even pulled off a thwack!

I was a bit surprised with how fast they made you choose, but going through the story as much as possible with your student crew made sense after.

So, everything is (hopefully) fine except DoorDash & Caviar, got it. Grubhub & UberEats have been my preferred food delivery sources lately, but disappointing about Caviar, they had some pretty great options.

Ooh thanks for the tip about the XP upgrade hex, I’ve been frozen about what to spend it on.

You can bring up the radial menu to do abilities with either right shoulder (R, bumper) or back right shoulder (ZR, or trigger). R is the ability by itself, ZR will only be usable if you’re nearby someone that has an attack that can synergize. Not all abilities can synergize with every hero, but there’s a high likeliho

I’d say half my diet is vegan (I keep a vegan kitchen at home but outside, anything goes) and I never trusted plant-based == vegan. This article just furthers that feeling. If it’s plant-based and “contains egg” I’m not buying it.

I started playing around December when you posted your first recommendation for it, and I haven’t missed a day since (having dropped about $100 into it so far).

Less than a year ago I was in that range (in San Francisco, which uh, is essentially poverty here. Not even exaggerating). My friends that were also in similar jobs (nonprofit, so we had an idea of our salaries, generally 40-60k) ate out SO MUCH. 4-5 dinner a week at least. This is, of course, all judged by their

I played a couple before being happily invested into the one in the header picture (Dragalia Lost). Been playing for 6 months now.

Loved Bojack, and love Haddish & Wong, watched 10 minutes of the first episode and LOVED what they were doing, but also thought “this would be so much better if I wasn’t sober”.

I’ve been playing since you (Fahey) posted about it back in December I think, and this is the NICEST game. I’ve played my share of gacha style games and this one just keeps me in, with user feedback-driven changes and compensations and additions.

*spoilers for FFX and maybe X-2?*

I played X-2 before X and, while some parts of the story were a little confusing, I think it was the right choice — X-2 is just so FUN. As a Sailor Moon fan, watching the dressphere sequences was everything. And the TWO singing numbers!!

- I’d love to see a recipe (or, guide?) for a week’s lunch meal prep. Something made in bulk, tasty microwaved (or not needing to be heated up. Sandwiches/salads?). I did this with that cold sesame peanut noodles recipe y’all posted (LOVED it).

I just saw The Prom last month and loved it much more than I thought it would. Unfortunately...it’d work really well in a Glee-esque fashion (high school, lesbians, and Broadway! What else could Ryan Murphy want).

I live in SF and this is real. Sometime in 2017 I was looking, found a nice 1 bedroom for like $1600 (this is a steal for the city tbh) and there was just no kitchen, which really shocked me. The landlord pulled out a microwave and said that’s all they’d provide.

I went through this same issue (my general Google Home is in my Living Room, which is extremely close to my kitchen). I ended up getting a Hub last year for the kitchen and it’s really great. I can’t face our TV when I cook so it’s a really great screen to have, and the recipe feature is super neat. I’ll often look at
