I play Overcooked with my more casual-gaming friends, and we barely 1-star each level (still loads of fun!). Unfortunately, you need a certain amount of stars to progress...so I play by myself and 3-star the old levels so we have plenty unlocked next time we play.

I’ve been slowly going through Kingdom Hearts 3 still. It’s rude that they show you the Big Hero 6 world with a “but first! You must finish the Pirates of the Caribbean world!”. Very rude.

Now playing

1) I also discovered this gentle-pleasing song from Surf’s Up. After my dance director watched the movie, we did a surfer-ballet choreo to this. It was...ok

I love hotdogs. I will eat them straight out of the fridge.

I like that this is paired with the “if you’re planning on having sex” article. If you just have to have dinner first, go light! One year I made a heavy creamy pasta dish (the bf is in love with angel hair pastas) and we just cuddled uncomfortably afterwards and were very bloated all night.

First, I want to say, Joel Kahn resonated deep in my soul. My Filipino boyfriend, however, is with me (a Thai person) so I’m trying to open him up to it! This involves lots of me cooking (not always succeeding) so we’re not “paying” into the Thai food craze.

I got to attend the Top8 in person this year and it was so hype! Axe v. HungryBox in grand finals for melee was a welcome surprise.

I’m entering my first Super Smash Bros. local tournament tonight! Very excited/nervous I’m gonna pay $15 to get steamrolled immediately.

Just got into Dragalia Lost and...it’s definitely a gacha game but! It feels as deep as entertaining as FF Brave Exvius did (which is to say, pretty darn good).

After all the recommendations of Into the Breach here, I thought it was the perfect game for my flight home tomorrow (and then at that home where I can put in some small gaming sessions on the Switch). Just bought it!

World of Light is so fun, but definitely repetitive after a bit. I ADORED how they interpret most of the characters (Chun-Li being a Zero-Suit Samus with strong kicks really satisfied the Street Fighter in me).

Before I say anything, groupfinder is absolutely better.

The “intimidation” thing is real, especially with Smash and its bonkers roster, but it’s a low skill-floor/high skill-ceiling game.

I read somewhere the notion that “one of the great things about Pokemon is that, every Pokemon is someone’s favorite”, and with that in mind, I really like the idea of Master Trainers. I just got to credits last night and immediately beat the Eevee trainer. I will probably also try Staryu/mie since it’s my favorite of

I literally did not know about this until a few years ago where my date left out a twenty for the staff right before we left and I was like “....what? that’s awfully nice of you” and he responded “it’s a lot but I want to be nice”.

Ooh there’s a couple things I want to add here, since “scary” things already scare me senseless:

If they patched out being able to use “hacked” sliders (since the in-game slider doesn’t let you go that big), then I would be largely for having CaS in ranked. The height/weight modifying range/attack/combo-potential is largely minimal unless you talk about super top tier play.

Spider-man was the first game I fully Platinum’d and I finally understand why people Platinum — it just feels good! So, bought the Kingdom Hearts All-In-One, ready to Platinum each before KH3. Took about 2 weeks and I just Platinum’d KH1! Gonna start Chain of Memories this weekend.

I bought the Kingdom Hearts All-In-One (last week, a little upset that now they announced “The Story so Far” but I realize it’s the same content) so I’m working my way through it to be ready by January. All these remasters look great but man, you realize the original KH is a 2002 game sometimes, some things are just

Like others have said, you can get everything, just get the better trophies on the challenges. It’s a little misleading when it says 1 token for bronze, 2 for silver, 3 for gold (ultimate?).
