I am no lawyer but I would interpret the contract language to read that the doctors have “sole discretion to decide if he can pass the physical”...that language doesn’t seem to say they have sole discretion to decide if/when he has surgery. Only that they are the final say if he is TOO INJURED to play. So basically…
