That’s not useful data. It’s both an ad populum argument and appeal to authority. Both fallacious. Reviewers liking Pentiment means absolutely nothing for its broader appeal, for example. User scores are even more worthless too. Just terrible, terrible arguing. 

Exactly. Aggregate scores are meaningless. Reviews are best used when you pick a few people that share similar tastes with you.
