🤷‍♂️ I disagree and I’m not real big on Moore as a capital A Artist and his disdain for other mediums.

I liked Watchmen. The tone was a little off but I found the ending actually worked better than the book. 

Snyder does well when adapting other, completed works. He can take stories and make them gorgeous to look at, fun to watch, and just a blast overall.

I didn’t find BotW to be GotY material either and TotK just seemed like a step down from that. An uninspired and mostly lazy rehash of the first game with a gimmick that’s just really making the player do the work of the developers.

Which past Nintendo games would you have given it to?

My test for any franchise game is, would it be successful without the name? I don't think BotW would have been strong enough to warrant a sequel and TotK was more of the same but introduced a gimmick that made the player do the work of the developers.

Danced around it a bit but that’s kinda ultimately been the point learned here. I've been saying we're doing the same thing over and over again.
