I don’t think they’ll feel much blowback at all. Most people don’t care or long enough for it to matter. And anyone complaining about not getting their ill gotten gains are awful people. The legit complaints will likely just move on while a small subset will eventually get heard.

I think you’re greatly over estimating the affect of this kind of PR. No reasonable person would expect free pizza for everyone for the duration of the promo or that the promo even be honored when it’s a clear mistake.

Comcast owns NBC Universal which operates Peacock. Comcast is worth more than Netflix.
