Please. That’s absurd, and also totally rational and logical and something every driver should keep in mind.

the truck is so enormous that you can’t see if there’s another equally massive truck heading the other way

I have no real evidence or studies for this opinion (so I probably shouldn’t state it), but my suspicion is that if there is higher customer satisfaction for Apple products, that it is a result of confirmation bias.

People think their Apple products are way better, so they report being more satisfied with them.

I use Dove and I smell good. All body wash is basically the same as long as it's not scented teen crazy shit.

Um... did you see where the selective availability of the signal, combined with lack of any mapping, led them to use GPS exclusively for reading speed?

Imprisoning them would cost the taxpayer even more money, just fine them for the cost of the operation, which probably gets into the 10s of thousands of dollars.

Making claims that the cop somehow was about to kill the biker is an outright lie!

The speed was down to a crawl when the attempt to pin him happened. Hardly life threatening.

I hope the moron chasing and filming this is arrested.

I was watching last night and was thinking total BS on the can't stop the car thing. Drive by wire has always been a big deal over the years and I hadn't heard anything about the government changing the rules and letting consumer vehicles have true drive by (electric signal) wire. More than anything else the breaks!

I am a vehicle calibration engineer. Braking is absolutely NOT done by wire. Same for steering except for one or two freakish models at the top of Nissan's range, which has a mechanical backup that from my understanding requires power to be disengaged, so it will [hopefully] fail-safe. I haven't seen the

the braking is not drive by wire at all. The pedal is connected to the master cylinder. The steering has an electric motor to assist, but still has a column and intermediate shaft connecting the wheel to the rack.

I'm not anti-gun. I grew up in a place with guns. I understand their utility. But the reason I've never bought one — besides the difficulty of getting a CHL license in New York — is that it's another thing someone can wrestle away from me and use against me. I just don't think it's a solution to the larger issue.

"The BIGGESET thing that made me REALLY start hating Steam and Valve is that almost every digital storefront (including EAs Origin) has a return policy. Valve doesn't have one yet with no indication on one coming.

I loved watching this man get progressively more pissed off. She's so delightfully ballsy, even for a Daily Show reporter.

I'm not sure why people keep saying this. Other than being agonizingly slow drivers I've rarely had problems with the elderly. The worst drivers I encounter on a regular basis are young. They're impulsive and too arrogant to realize how incompetent they are.

You know, I have anti-fatigue mats, and they don't just work in one spot, but everywhere.

You know, I have anti-fatigue mats, and they don't just work in one spot, but everywhere.

That's probably what the steam-powered fanatics said when they saw their first gas-powered car. "Where's the puffy clouds of steam? Where's the friendly 'chuff chuff'?"

I want to see the blind riding around in these cars, think of how their lives would change.

If you have a great idea for a great product that dose something great then that’s great but stop trying to make me pay for the same thing over and over. I have a cell phone with data but they try to stop you using it with your laptop or PC because they want you to pay again for data and now it’s the same with the
