Um that’s nice you believe that but it’s very incorrect. What you say after hours most definitely is not protected speech. If you go shit posting about your employer publicly, they are 1000% in their rights to can you (with some small exceptions of if your speech is some sort of whistle blowing on illegal activity)

Breaking news: Talking shit about your CEO can and most likely will get you fired. Twitter and SpaceX employees should be smart enough to know this.
