Its actually a pretty good update. Tbh, Safeguard is very ignorable because the heal and the status safety is very quick and minimal compared to softboiled which are compileable heals. Might give Safeguard a go and see how well it works vs Gengars, Wigglytuffs and stun-happy wild pokemon.

Malamar and Orbeetle seem to be lumped in the same category for: a) looking like cartoon bad guys, and b) being psychic and/or having mind powers. But I still love them both with all my heart~

From what I saw, it kind of looks like a... Mystery Dungeon x Tetris x Candy Crush mix?

I think its supposed to resemble one of those pointy sea mines, but less cool?

Wouldn’t people be less scared of ghosts knowing that ghost pokemon exist and can be trapped in tiny spheres for our amusement?

Been a while Since I’ve seen a Mr. Driller type game

Probably one of my favorite buggy pokemon. I loved the idea of a hivemind pokemon and I liked her Hive skirt (I think Vespiquen is the only pokemon with 3 exclusive pokemon moves, Attack, Defend, and Heal Order)

While it may be terrible, I can’t help but think this witchy evolution is adorable.

I dunno. Digimon seem to have more of a mish-mash technology/fantasy creature quality to most of their designs while pokemon ranges more of the nature-based/single-themed look.
Compare Guardromon to something like Golurk and you’ll see more weirdly human qualities to the robot compared to the golem despite their

It irks me a bit when people think that when Palutena says “Not so loud. She’ll hear you.”, they think she’s talking about Piranha plant but she’s actually warning Pit about saying “P. Plant” while within earshot of the eco-adoring Viridi.

Tbh, I feel like this is the best balance between “realistic” pokemon so far. It’s a little freaky seeing them with pupils and a whole lotta fuzz, but they kept a lot of the core design elements that make a pokemon look like a pokemon (Their rendition of Mr. Mime looks like a very toned down version of its usual child

Hōseki no Kuni (Land of the Lustrous) had some great CG work that didn’t feel overly stilted or mired by technical limits. The animation felt very fluid (at least compared to most fully CG series) and there was mostly no huge shift in frame rate between fighting scenes and daily randomness.

We see Mario collecting items/hats that transform him into a bee, a ghost, a bomb, a cat, a flying squirrel, a cloud, a metallic body, a raccoon, a tanooki, a statue of a tanooki, and a giant boulder. I’m pretty sure its just some magical hat that can give toads (specifically Toadette) the ability to have a bod like

It seems like cancer is claiming people left and right... Aretha Franklin, Unsho Ishizuka... why doesn’t it have a proper cure yet?

I guess its mostly price for me. Recently bought the port of Capt. Toad Treasure Tracker for 3DS instead of Switch because its a lot less pricey and it still looks and plays pretty well on the systems’s smaller and less visually powerful screen. To be fair, I get that the Switch hits all the sweet spots for the

Good... Now make one that actually works!

I think aging makes a lot more sense in Digimon because it is rooted to a world that is more or less similar to the real world and that the digidestined change with every new incarnation of the show. Could you imagine the pokemon anime “retiring” Ash and then letting the new guy/gal seek him out for advice on a

Kind of disappointed its mostly Pikachu-themed foods... where are the Swirlix parfaits and Mudkip cupcakes? Not a lot of food-related pokemon designs or decorations either

This will bring ruined friendships to a more convenient and compact level. XD
