@NinjaTaco: Doubtful. There isn't usually a hole for the ambient light sensor. They just cover it with the glass.

@You're Banned: Well thats not where they are on the current gen touches. Plus it wouldn't make much sense to have it black out the front like that. Plus it seems to be smaller than the current iPod.

@yertle: Or it could have been like the rumors at the time suggested and the camera wasn't up to apple's standards.

@JACrazy: Its going to have a camera. Heck the last gen was rumored to have a camera but it got pulled.

@a sexy hot dog: There have also been leaks of the back and they're the same rounded aluminum of the current gen, sans the black bar, but that could just be a mockup for the case.

I think this is the second time they've shown up this way (with the camera dead in the center).
