The Emulator itself is likely legal assuming it was reversed engineered (Sega v Accolade out of the 9th circuit in 1992, Sony Computer Enterainment v Connectix in 2000 and Sony Computer Enterainment v Bleem also in 2000 all are on his side.) SO yeah it all comes down to the programs themselves and at that point IIRC

I am not gonna lie, the Miku concert is meh compared to Quna/Kuna concert that is upcoming for the end of Episode 4 content. Sadly, I don’t think North America will get the ARKS Dance Festival as the performers for that event are/were associated with the PSO2 Station broadcast IIRC (Basically their dev webcast they

I am willing to give the voice acting in FFX a bit of a pass given 2 factors:

A) It was their first attempt in a video game
B) The NA dub had a real bad limitation of them having to match the length of the words exactly to the time the mouth moved. The game crashed if you went even 0.01 seconds past when the mouth

I would say the addition of Twitchcon Europe drawing away the European crowd, plus the fact it is a month after South and at the last week of February is a bigger factor than the 4 days. West had 4 day passes as well and in the past East had all con passes and they never had this bad of a sell out issue.

And this is not an issue, there is a whole community that gets dice just for looks and not use.

I have been having fun with the Halloween event over on PSO2. The special quest is decent enough Every year they have had it, they have ramped up the amount of free standing explosive items on the field.

The real good part though is you see outfits you normally would never see as those outfits also grant a rare drop

My local classic rock station has starting playing Nirvana and they have said their cutoff is anything earlier than 25 years (So 1994.) Their reasoning being IIRC that is the minimum amount for when you start becoming eligible for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Well they already canceled the playable demo at PDXCON this weekend (Though in a good gesture, they gave all guests a copy of the game upon release.)

Well Lime Rock is only Grade 2 so that they can run sanctioned Historic races (Most of which require Grade 2 last I checked.) No way Lime Rock would ever get Grade 1. On top of that they are still in a legal battle to try and get Sunday races (or even just save the track, they are going that far over there.)

Of the

Ahh, what we used to call “The Wheel of Death” at work.

What I think will happen is that someone will find out when the seed is established and how to manipulate it. Then runs basically become like FF4 runs and runners only have to memorize 5 to 10 puzzle routes.

My guess is one of 2 reasons

PC release as well. Though I would have loved to have seen it released on Switch as well since a switch version does exist in Japan.

Well I mean, better late than never, though I would have loved to have seen the Switch version make it since they appear to be going cloud anyway.

Saying that, Sega has not had to rush since the game is such a big cash cow in Japan as is.

PC as well

Well there is the fan translation which Sega of Japan knows it. And it is done really good as well.

Never said that was not the case. Just saying that it seems like they thought they could get away with, since Garfield making the game.

Valve and Garfield were looking to using the Magic the Gathering Online model for making money (Not to be confused with MTG: Arena.) In MTGO you had a 10 buck buy in and still had to buy tickets or trade to enter events and get new cards.

It seems obvious Garfield and company were looking to the MTG:O and paper MTG as the models for montiziation. MTGO had a $9.99 buy-in then you had to trade for your cards or buy tickets which in turn could get cards from other people and is used to enter events.
