May I point out, it may be helpful to point to Jacobson v Massachusetts, of which allows for states to force people to get vaccinated (Case in particular pointed to schools, but was ruled that it could be made more broad than that.)

Actually...
Well seems like you are on an island all your own on this one.
That’s a good one, take your star. #Banisland
They are bitching it seems because the MLS has a playoffs in general it seems as opposed to how the playoffs are run. Saying that, it seems Deadspin writers forget that Liga MX is a thing and they have two playoff tourneys a year. Also, winning one of the two tourneys does not assure your safety as they use points-per-…
Heh, this happened in Phantasy Star Online 2. When you went to update the game, it instead wiped the entire drive it was installed on, partitions and all.
They even have an episode that is basically both a spoof of Misery and a poke at the insane Sonic fan base (Specifically a few shots at Chris-Chan it seems as well.)
As I said in another reply, there was some warning via in-game mechanics, but given how it was presented, the warning was considered false, as none of the other warning signs that would make it a real threat occurred (Mainly the appearance of Thargoid scouts in the sector.)
They did actually via the Eagle Eye stations that are in game. Basically every week they give out 6 new areas (Usually 2 stations that are pending attack and some other known areas.) This week The Gnosis was one of the places listed, and had a transmitter near the station but it had NO other signs of an attack (I.E. Th…
Here is the thing, it has been nearly 3 years since they locked up the area surrounding the Cone sector in the first place. Only reason why SOME players even know what is going on is because of one of the previously released novels. There is a chance this sector is never unlocked as it could be reserved for an upcoming…
Yeah, this one did not come off looking good for Brady. I actually heard this segment of the interview during OMF and it seemed Minihane did not push THAT hard. He asked the question, got blocked, tried to follow up once, was blocked again, then tried to pass it off to Evan Drellich (Who was the third man in and who…
Well MA just updated their inspection system. Every place has to go through a central server, and the server issues the barcode that goes onto your inspection sticker. All inspection places also have to have cameras that watch the inspections taking place to make sure someone does not try to do a friend a solid and…
Depends on where you are. In MA it is so required you can’t even register the car unless you have insurance. Most insurance companies have a stack of plates on hand so you can register your car and insure it in one stop. They also have to report it to the state when you end insurance and it does pop on your inspection…
Sadly though at least two of those settings (Ravenloft and Dragonlance) have ties to the Hickmans, and they own the rights to at least Dragonlance (Dunno how much they own with Ravenloft). So I doubt we will ever get anything fully fleshed in those two settings ever again (And yes I know there was a 5th ed adventure re…
Well in the book, he was basically a realist (Compared to Hammond’s idealistic views.) It was also stated he nearly quit due to the lack of weapons on the island in case shit hit the fan, and threatening to quit over the issue until Hammond gave him access to one rocket launcher and a tranq gun.
Indeed, I honestly preferred Muldoon’s depiction in the book he was almost the perfect foil to Hammond (Though the movie did not do a bad job either in this respect considering they killed him in the movie.)
Take your god damn star, man. You deserve it.
Well to be fair, the X-wing reboot HAD to be made, they were in essence mass banning cards and nerfing stuff every FAQ release recently. Hell I know a few people in the competitive scene were at times calling for a reboot.
Can’t speak from experience, but my wife took Keppra for nearly 8 years until it failed on her. Now she is back on round two of tegratol and had a VNS put in last year. Needless to say the VNS has been a lifesaver.
Saying that, the NCAA can just go fuck themselves. I mean they have a medical exemption for pretty much…
Actually that head injury surcharge applies to EVERY ticket, not just the very high ones.
