I dunno if it really matters, but if you wanted to get a bit more precise on Where the F15's are stationed, It is the 104th out of Westfield, MA. They were actually talking about this trip in the newspaper just about everyday while they were gone.

Also just reading the document, you can apply for a waiver. If you are a part of a club and the whole club flies there, I HIGHLY suggest doing so. The FAA is usually pretty nice when it comes to these things and will actually help you with the forms if need be.
