As an MTG player who also frequents one of the bigger MTG forums on the net, I have to say that if hex did not see this lawsuit coming, they are pretty stupid. A lot of the people over on said forum who played the game saw this lawsuit coming from a mile away
This is actually a legit concern of mine, as Nintendo has been C&Ding Nintendo vids on Youtube for a while now. Nintendo feels they deserve a cut of all streams.
