Jafar should be a skeevy old dude, not a hot competitor for Aladdin. Jasmine is supposed to be totally uninterested in the dude not only because his character sucks but because he’s not age appropriate.

I honestly really liked it too. The whole relationship between the father and daughter was especially well done, in my opinion. Like, there are things that aren’t ideal in that movie but overall I think the women’s thoughts especially showed a lot of nuance and truth. 

That tardy slip bit sounded childish and petty to me. Also the emails saying things were “the worst ever in her career” sent to everyone in the office? That’s some bullshit.
