I think it hits a lot of buttons for white women who unhappy or feeling repressed or dejected or whatever. Midge is a fantasy figure for them. She’s the clever, quippy, “rebel”* they all want to be.

The proud, clearly fake, ignorance is what pisses me off.

I love seeing people who find love (possibly again?) later in life. I remember being told that it was basically over for you for love and romance (especially as a woman) after you reach “a certain age”. (By my mother, but let’s not digress into negativity...)

I love love love the variety and new choices we’re seeing lately. It’s no longer a sea of taffeta or a sea of lacy half-dresses or the same boring “Old Hollywood glamour” shit (*cough* Scarlett).

Literally does he listen to himself talk???? He’s giving arguments for why these jackasses should absolutely, 100%, without a doubt, NOT be in power anymore.

Oh the hems.....

I too am thoroughly confused by the blazer in hindsight.

I was of the JNCO generation. I used to wear these absolutely massive JNCO jeans with burgundy swirly panels down the sides. Add to that black platform sandals and a white tank top and a uh....black blazer for some reason with a lace skinny scarf that I would tie into a bow at the back of my neck.

I think the word you’re looking for is “accost”.

It’s really not a legitimate concern. The skin color of the character isn’t integral to the plot so the character can, therefore, be of any skin color.

Not that I NEED TO JUSTIFY THIS...I really don’t care...

The ends of her hair are blonde but his drawing shows her hair as all blonde. Which it isn’t. Which reinforces the point that the drawing is racist.

Team Nobody for the win. Both of these people act like douchebags and are being horrible to each other.

Woman, 32. I’ve had guys ask and others not ask and I don’t mind either way. Asking can feel really romantic and sweet and sexy at the right moment- like I was walking with a guy and there was a Christmas tree next to a fountain that we stopped next to and he kinda pulled me around into a hug then sorta breathed into

I’ve heard nothing but good things about her from my female colleagues who’ve done those Capitol One commercials.

He really is wonderful on Twitter. I follow like, 4 people on twitter and he’s one of them.

Pretty sure in this context the ‘untold’ part just means there isn’t a movie about him yet.

There’s a reason this is being launched in South Korea. A lot of dudes there wear BB creams (according to a friend who lives there now), especially the youths who want to look like the K-pop idols.

I apologize.
