I've been through both (busted my hip severely through sports and have had a few other minor injuries, plus been through consistent stress) and I agree. IMO, consistent stress is much worse. Especially when it's caused by other people.

Learn some basic human decency. Not every "joke" that leaps into your mind is appropriate.
