As a Tampa resident- I’d thought I’d explain why this busy roadway was being used to walk along by a mother and baby.

On the east side of the roadway is a 10 foot wide sidewalk that runs along the bay for a length of 4 1/2 miles. It is used at all hours of day and night by joggers, walkers, strollers, bikers and folks…

Whereas - rewatching previously seen movies is (was) one of the better perks in my opinion.
