Same - for me it’s the price. I usually buy the cheaper Assets brand, or sonething by Jockey or Maidenform. Spanx are uber expensive and department store discounts rarely apply. I don’t need feminist mumbo jumbo- look at your competition and assess your pricing!

My sister swears by Under Armor vs. Spanx, if you are looking for options!

I always wear underwear with them. I wear them mostly to avoid my thighs chafing under dresses during a long day or when it’s hot - they also provide some smoothing action. Some do and don’t have holes - I felt very daring (and drunk) at a wedding recently and dared to try peeing from the pee hole. Surprisingly, it

I went to a private event type small concert with Jon Bon Jovi (just him, not the whole band) a few years ago. He did a stunning cover of ‘Hallelujah.’ I've loved Bon Jovi for ages as a guilty pleasure, but this was the first time I really thought, damn, this guy can SING!

I feel you. I celebrated my first set of acrylics in high school by desperately screaming for my younger sister to zip the fly on my jeans so I could run out for something I was late for.

Pretty sure that pie is also totally a Costco pie.

Does Joey Fatone have kids yet? I feel like this would be under serious consideration for a name from at least one former Nsync member.

This could legit be how the next Sharknado movie starts.

I so feel the handshake anecdote. I work in marketing, in a heavily female industry, but I hate the HUGS. Don’t hug me, this is business! Please shake my hand or nothing else. We don’t have to hug because we’re ladies, and for god’s sake don’t air kiss me. I also don’t want to hug the men coming in to see us from ad

Humans of New York (on facebook) has been covering the Mott Hall Bridges Academy, a middle school in one of the most underprivileged neighborhoods in NYC - Brownsville, Brooklyn. Their principal seems amazing, and they have some moving testimonials from other staff and students. People crowd sourced $1.4MM in

I hate bar soap for hand washing, but if I come across it, I don’t judge the soap provider, just myself for being weirdly particular about...soap.

Has anyone ever started a new job pretty well into a pregnancy? I was laid off on the day I was going to announce at my now former job, which obviously sucked. But! I found a new job and got hired, and it is a lot closer to home, more family friendly, etc. So I’m excited about starting there, but trying to figure out

He's a peacock, you gotta let him fly.

Maybe she’s into ladies and the bearding goes both ways? That’s the only thing I can think of - 3 years in your 20s is a long time!

Also if you love her anything goes, check out Jonathan Groff's tribute performance to her in the 'Miscast' concert. It's on YouTube. He does the entire number, including tap, as Sutton. It's a fun watch.

Oh man, I was about 13 when Titanic mania hit. We left the theater once and 2 bored teenage boys were on tissue duty for all the ladies weeping over how Jack could totally have fit on that board with Kate. Movie tissues could be a thing.

I feel like anyone who has been on SNL would take being farted on while filming a scene in stride. I mean, laugh or make a joke sure, but no big. Not a big story here

I watch her Anything Goes performance almost monthly on YouTube. She's amazeballs.

I guess I'd just rather write a check and have them get the whole $150? I don't care what they use the money for, and I realize these 'experiences' are more for people who want to buy something sort of tangible vs. just writing a check. But if you want money, it just feels weird to register for fake experiences valued

Maybe Ben Vereen as the Wiz! Or Brian Stokes Mitchell. BSM's voice is SO glorious that it might be wasted in that part though.
