@Cthulad: It kinda of how it works for Illustrators and artist. Read your contract throughly. Know who owns what and what rights you still may or may not have to work.

@gRilledhamster: also large maps vs small... a developer would need a more modular system of creation when creating large maps with any sort of speed. I feel like badcompany2 may be a bad example of large maps, but you get where I'm coming from.

@crafedog: I was under the impression that a lot of PC games can out pace console games on a medium settings... on a cheapo card (under 200 dollars)? I know as techniques they are able to do more with consoles, but I still see some console games and think I've seen better easily.

@Zelyre: I would like to think that most executives are younger now and understand the need of the digital market. The communications market doesn't count... internet can be SO EXPENSIVE.
