Consider the alternative that Trump really is prepping. I know his campaign “leaked” that he is not prepping, not serious, etc., but why should we believe them? When have they been honest about anything? Maybe he really has prepped. Maybe his performance at the last debate was the best he could do.
Well, not only that, but it’s not like she has an option not to prepare. All Trump has to do is show up and maybe not explode into a frothing, incoherent mess this time, and suddenly, “Hey, he’s presidential after all!”
Right? Hillary seems like the sort of person who genuinely likes doing debate prep. She is a nerd and a wonk (respect!)- they probably have to drag her away from studying policy. She is certainly not getting pedicures and drinking mimosas instead of getting ready for Sunday.
