I, too, hate that GD Urban Decay primer. Every employee at Sephora has a boner for it, though... It just feels so tacky when it dries, and I can’t blend for shit when I use it. I had better luck with the Smashbox eye primer for blendability and not feeling like I had cake frosting on my lids.
