I agree. I just associate Wade now with being a fleeting star alongside the best player in our generation, where at one point he was arguably the best player in the game. I was more stating internally how people have collectively forgotten just how good Wade used to be.

I think more discouraging was the fact that Wade sat our back to back's and took games off specifically to be ready for the Finals, only to run out of gas against a team where no player played more than 30 mpg. I'm not sure how you could manage Wade any better from a health perspective, and he still broke down.
