I-35 in Round Rock, from 79 all the way to 45/Hester’s Crossing is always the worst. And it doesn’t matter what day or time of day. Like, there used to be a “rush hour” to avoid. Now it’s constant.

And yeah, I-35 near UT is garbage too. The tollway, even with higher costs and longer (linear) distance, is still faster…
