Look, as a born-and-raised Boston sports fan, I have leaned one thing to be true over the last 15 years: winning doesn’t make it better.

Heartbreaker is worse. I’m a Boston sports fan (by birth, i can’t help it, and yes we are the goddamn worst), and even after the last decade-and-a-half of bizarre success, Aaron-Fucking-Boone still hurts, but I never think about the Bart Scott game.
