News has been pretty middling except for one thing: I got tickets to see the Mountain Goats in Cleveland in April. I am fucking ecstatic over that.

My aunt, the nun, just recently adopted a cat and for some reason was saving all of the hair in a ziplock whenever she brushed her. Then she learned about this book and gave the hair to me. I think I'm going to make a wallet and put the cats' slush fund in it.
I've been doing a lot of writing for my return to the stand-up circuit. Have to weasel my way back in there after these last couple of years off.
Happy birthday and sto lat!
Crying over the preventable loss of the lives of his fellow citizens… what a MONSTER.

This is going to sound asinine, but I am reading Crafting with Cat Hair. My mom thinks I'm a crazy cat person and bought me a book on how you can make wallets and finger puppets with cat hair. I think the person who wrote it has a terrible case of toxoplasmosis.
Will do. I figure, as long as she doesn't bring home C. Diff or meningitis, I'll be good.
Aw thanks. My wife is an ER nurse, and some kid coughed in her face and got her sick, which in turn got me sick. She brings home all of the nasties from the hospital and I catch most of them.
So I am not as lame as I thought! I only paused for the Ash vs. Evil Dead finale. They just showed An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge, which I have never seen in syndication before.
You have a handful of really great ones like The Masks, In Praise of Pip and Living Doll, and then so many bad ones. It was brought back from cancellation for the fifth season, and then given the axe for the final time.
The Masks has yet to air! I love that one so much.
I have spent the entire holiday weekend, since late Wednesday evening, watching The Twilight Zone marathon on SyFy. Them showing the entire thing from the pilot to the series finale has been awesome. They even showed the bumpers on the early episodes. I have the whole series on DVD, yet I've been watching the damned…
Yeah, but when Radar is gone and Klinger no longer wears a dress, then what really is drawing one into watching? Hawkeye's moralizing?
Really, you used to have a sister and the man with soap in his hair killed her, didn't he? And where on the doll did he touch you?
Shit man, I was raised in Toledo, Ohio, but my family has had a place on a lake in Onsted, MI since I was a kid. People do that shit all the time. Not even joking.
She couldn't have been so afraid to still go to Avery Salvage, on Avery Road, that was inhabited by a compound full of Averys. That is what makes no sense to me.
I honestly can't watch them after Blake dies and Trapper leaves. I cannot stand BJ. Even the Toledoan in me can't stick around for Jamie Farr, no matter how much I like him as a person. (I've met him a few times, he is a lovely man.)
Either I'm delirious, or your idea is total genius.
I was expecting it to be entertaining. I wasn't expecting to be so sucked in, though. It's been a wild ride. I love it, and I will miss it for the next 10 months.
