I still have hope that they will work it out. They even got Mike to appear in that video! Mike! Seriously though, without David Lynch it will be mid-season two, redux. And no one wants that.

Charles Nelson Reilley was so amazing as Jose Chung. I was so enamored with his character, and I loved how he described Mulder in his book as someone who got no joy out of life and who was going completely insane.
I was binging on "The X-Files" a couple of months ago, and you picked some mighty fine episodes. "Jose Chung…" and "Bad Blood" are phenomenal. You should throw in "Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose", too. It is tied with the other two as my favorite episode.
The Sinatra documentary was great. I hope you enjoy the rest of it. Gibney certainly pulls no punches about him being a crummy husband, or kind of vengeful, but it was fascinating. He was a brilliant singer, arranger and actor, and I do appreciate all he did to raise money for the civil rights movement and to improve…
It is the most tragic movie he has ever made. I love it, even though I cry every time I see it. It is beautiful.
I would have loved to have heard from former Scientologist celebrities, like Leah Remini and Mimi Rogers.
I am with you there. They could have done an entire episode on just Operation Snow White. There is so much insanity to cover about that cult that you cannot boil it down to just two hours.
I need to see this movie again. It has probably been a decade since I last watched it.
I can't believe I never realized that Patty Hearst was in that movie. Looking her up, she was in Pecker as well. I love John Waters' casting.
Have you seen Eastern Promises? She was great in that. I adore her too.
Oh, I'm not saying they were wrong. I am not sympathetic to the Soviets at all. I'm a Pole, so I am supposed to actively dislike them, if not outright hate them. But that was an interesting bit to me, that they had discovered these concentration camps in Poland and no one believed them. Until they came across camps in…
Niecy Nash's Teetee showed up most frequently of all. Next would be Kerri Kenny-Silver's blonde wig wearing prostitute.
And if Anthony Weiner had been in that other party, all he would have had to do is disappear into a church-sanctioned therapy program for awhile, made a big public apology with his wife standing by his side (crocodile tears being a bonus) and promised to never, ever do such a thing again, and all would have been…
It was interesting, watching the documentary about the attempted Alfred Hitchcock WWII documentary for the BBC on HBO. The Soviets had told the Allies about concentration camps for quite awhile before Britain and the US came across them, but the Allies didn't believe them because they said that the Soviets were prone…
If so, hopefully the prize is a gigantic plastic bubble I can live in to shield myself from injury for the next six months.
I got out of the hospital yesterday, but my DVT still fucking sucks. It's from my popliteal to my femoral artery, and my leg has ballooned to twice the size of my other leg. Seriously, my leg didn't look this big when I was 75 pounds heavier than I am now, which was 180 lbs and my heaviest weight. I can't wear any…
I have a clotting disorder that runs in the family, and that along with my recent hysterectomy were the perfect storm for this DVT to sneak up on me. :-(
They sure do. Jeff Lynne's sweet voice is so soothing.
I have seen seasons 1-7 multiple times, and the new seasons twice. The Alex Lifeson episode is my favorite one; he was just so game for everything. Rush is so awesome that they are knocking my pain from a 9 to an 8 on the 1-10 pain scale.
Thanks, me too. I am going to have to do lovenox shots in my belly for the next six months, so hello and goodbye bikini season. Hopefully my elephantitus looking leg decides to unswell sometime soon.
