Simply not true. Perhaps in a full on Soviet vs. US exchange of old, that would be good advice. These days where the risk is more from a single smaller device, duck and cover remains (becomes) good advice. Surviving the initial blast means you have a good chance of surviving a long time afterward.

How about in this case, the Government didn’t follow the law.

The NRA supports the existing law that should have denied this guy the ability to purchase the gun he used. But the Government screwed up.

In this case it would have been better to have someone armed in the church. Like Jeanne Assam.
