“Half assed argument” that men have an advantage in weightlifting....

    Did you watch the video?

And? Why wouldn’t the soon to be National Security Adviser talk to the Russians?

The timeline was that he left the church building when he was confronted. After being shot at, the asshole then fled in his car.

How about in this case, the Government didn’t follow the law.

The NRA supports the existing law that should have denied this guy the ability to purchase the gun he used. But the Government screwed up.

In this case it would have been better to have someone armed in the church. Like Jeanne Assam.

    Not a single damn one.

Although it’s funny that there is no mention of sister site, Jezebel’s headline on the topic:

Have you no sense of decency, sir? At long last, have you left no sense of decency?

Nice to Gizmodo highlighting this. But, saying it was a “gaffe” ignores that [someone at] CNN deliberately zoomed in on part of the video to omit Abe dumping his box. It wasn’t a simple misunderstanding, it was an intentional deception to mock Trump.

The power to regulate interstate commerce is specifically granted to Congress. So, yes this is one of those time deferring to the states is “wrong”. See, The United States Constitution.

There is a big difference between respect for states rights and acceptance of restraints on interstate trade. Having 50 (or 57, I can never remember) separate states making rules for an inherently national/international item of commerce is a recipe for disaster.

One of these things is not like the others....

    Edgy!

    Just to keep in mind....

    Shure SE846s...

Open source MAY make things more secure. But it certainly doesn’t make electronic voting machines unhackable.

So giving them “government cheese” is bad. Allowing them to buy pretty much anything at well stocked grocery stores is bad.
