    Picasa still works fine as a desktop photo manager/editor. You just have to download it from a (reputable) third party site.

    Can someone explain how suspending surge pricing can IN ANY WAY be construed as an attempt to “break” the taxi strike. The purpose of surge pricing is to increase driver compensation to get MORE drivers driving. If Uber wanted to “break” the strike, they would have wanted to flood the airport with more drivers
