@joelena: i think i tried doing that on my Samsung Blackjakck II... but i have a screen protector on that probably screws up the laser's reflection... didn't work

@e-gadgetjunkie: hmm.... i set my laptop to go to sleep/hibernate instead of shutting down (then of course i have my TV Tuner that automatically wakes up the laptop in sleep/hibernate mode to record TV... yay)

@brottmayer: i've used many DVR programs.... Window's Media Center was done right in the beginning(i've used XP media center), did right now(Vista Media Center)... will try either the Fuji Vista MCE pack when i reinstall or the Windows 7 MCE...

@apu95: dont think any TV Tuner you use (besides Cable Card) would be recording a restricted channel, and i dont think microsoft ever activated that

@Wrathernaut: it depends whether the laptop supports the size of the drive... my laptop needs a 9mm drive, while others might accept a 12mm.... this drive might be 15mm, which would be a big fail for laptops...

i want this... cause i have dual screen and Vista Media Center would continue to open to the 2nd screen even though the 2nd screen is disabled

i always refill my cartridges... $15 for 6-7 refills... an ink cartridge can stand maybe 4-5 refills(mines a HP printer) before the printhead failing and i need a new cartridge...

@Onouris: i can read multi-tabs at once... with Opera (Opera = true MDI application, can tile tabs horizontally and vertically...)
