I missed this, Darkness 2, and Alice while I was at GDC. All of those had really positive word of mouth but Batman: Arkham City easily had the best showing.

The last time I bothered to upgrade my computer was for Battlefield 2. As reluctant as I'll be to spend the money, I'll want to upgrade for this game too. Of course, I haven't tried any cloud-computing solutions like OnLive yet, so maybe that could be an alternative. I highly doubt it would be a useful solution when

Yeah, and get blacklisted by EA PR. Just for you, jerk.

It's not released yet. I'm guessing they'll let it out midway between now and E3 and then they'll have something new at E3.

Battlefield 2 was the last game I upgraded my computer for too.

I spoke with the devs who showed the game on Tuesday and they told me that a lot of that kind of stuff is directly influenced by MIrror's Edge.... They wouldn't say anything about Mirror's Edge 2 though.

The full demo I saw showed off a TON of excellent Frostbite stuff. Environmental damage is amazing.

I was at the reveal on Tuesday night. The PR lady was getting pissed at some guys holding up their cameras. They told her they were just taking pictures, but you don't need to hold the camera up the entire video to take a few pictures....

Oooh, Level 99? So I guess Kotaku is big enough to get that invite... They're so secretive about that!

Because you really played with every single one of those characters to their fullest extent. Fighting games are best when you learn the ins and outs of a character, master him or her, and then move on to the next one to further your arsenal.

I fly to SF for GDC tomorrow morning as well. Gonna be a long day tomorrow.

I could have

Pictures aren't working for me on the new-normal Kotaku site either... *Leaves Page*

Turn the 3D.... off?

Is this game at all worth it on the PS3? I'm really interested in picking up a game that doesn't involve shooting so Bulletstorm and Killzone 3 are kind of offputting atm.

No date. After speaking with developers and PR people, I'd say it won't be out until the fall. Awesome though, just plain awesome.

<3 you Valve.

I wish I was enjoying Let Us Cling Together, but I never bought a PSP.
