I ran a large truck fleet and I can tell you....this is nothing. Many truck drivers are quite good but some are spectacularly bad. I had one guy pull up to a stop light as he got off the freeway. He stopped looked both ways then turned right....driving up and over the Hyundai stopped in front of him.
