No I do ask but they never listen. I dont kick so much as keep running in to the seat as I put a book in and out of the pocket, tray up and down etc. Childish for sure but you got nothing in your quiver on dealing with this one....

I’m 6'2" and 235 and no seat works for me. I grin and bear it except when the dickweed in front of me reclines their seat. Why the hell do they even recline? Dump that feature and it would save a lot of squabbling and complaints about room. I start bumping and kicking their seat until they complain. Then I tell them

I dont want a car that flies. I’ve worked on too many cars. Not a chance of trusting one of them to fly.

some truly hideous stuff there.....wow. Spectacular waste of money in many cases. A few gems.

I go to the annual new car show in SF every couple years. It is endlessly fascinating to sit in the same type vehicles one after another and compare them. What seems not bad turns to awful when you sit in a car that is designed well. Side by side comparisons do matter.

I pretty tall and I couldn’t see out of it at all. Real joke and not sure how that gets in to production.

The Camaro may be the best ever but its the hardest thing to see out of. I felt trapped inside that thing. Terrible layout. Also the Mustang at least has an echo of its past in its lines, the Camaro not so much.

I was there when the Can Am cars raced to glory originally....incredibly great racing and sights.

Worth every penny...it is THE Cobra.

I could see that. As a young kid I got to tour a GM plant many times with a neighbor that worked there. The one thing that never ceased to amaze me was the guys soldering/leading-in the roof areas where panels met. I have no idea how they did it so quick but I do know not far down the line were guys grinding it smooth

Im talking inner city sitting in front of the local donut joint, post office, Home Depot etc....its nuts.

Bring it by, I’ll show you how good it is. OH, bring some spare skins and a helmet.

great story. I looked at his site and it has interesting info on the prototypes. Most interesting is they all called for “show paint”.

I’m aware of it yet it still goes on for hours at a time.....heck just yeasterday I saw two guys with Dodge pickups (diesels) letting theirs idle for about half hour....not a big rig but it still was polluting. then again these pickups were all screwed up with wide small tires, trash can size exhaust etc.....

I was a fleet manager at one time and there is no doubt huge amounts of pollution can be cut by truck fleets very easily. I spent half my day telling drivers to shut their damn trucks off. They somehow have it in their head its good to let diesels idle. I’ve no doubt huge strides can be made in reducing emissions

Too fast for the driving skills thats for sure..

That Daimler is so close....you can almost see greatness in it.

Now playing

Same guys at Sandia Labs in New Mexico did this one....testing to see if a jet could penetrate a nuke plant’s containment structure. That would be no.

As a lifelong motorcyclist I can tell you its way worse than you think. People are flaming idiots when it comes to loading and tying things down. They have no concept of how little it takes to makes something fly out of or off their vehicle. I never follow a pickup or open top trailer of any kind, you are just asking

I’d build a leanto garage out of pallets and put the truck in it. I’d find a way, every way, to fuck with that HOA. They’d be begging me to park my truck in the driveway.
