As a lifelong fan of the Z series and a former Nismo 370Z owner, hear fucking hear. I couldn’t have said it better myself.

As someone who has owned three Z cars I think I speak for,,, myself at least, when I say this is the most pathetic example of a 50th anniversary edition vehicle since the Corvette(lets all remind ourselves of the burgundy and beige mess).

Absolutely agreed. That’s why I bought this 3 months ago:

They brought to market a flawed car that needed some final dev dollars thrown at it to be good... and it didn’t sell. No shock. There are some aftermarket fixes that make the steering as it should have been which are sold by small independent companies with very small r&d budgets and smaller client bases. I’m not

Hey now...I bought a new manual last year. Gotta vote with your dollars, even if it hurts a little sometimes. But I have no illusions that the next time, there probably won’t be a sedan manual option available at any price point.

Meh. We lost the manual option when they decided to only offer it with the slow engine anyway. Yeah, sure, I want a four-door sedan with 187hp. The automatic would have to be truly awful to make that compromise. You can get 250hp out of the turbo if you put 93 in it. I’ll take the extra power and torque, thank you.

Cold tires and 1.5 psi off.  We all know why...

That’s a more aggressive setup than most supercars... fun fact - you don’t need that much tire if the rest of the car is properly set up and not over 4,000 lbs.

It also has almost 2000 more lbs to haul around.

NO 2JZ NO DEAL SAVE THE MANUALS BMW LOST ITS WAY.

I don’t think someone who has a bit of weed in their car should ever have to go through the civil asset forfeiture process. That being said, this guy was moving 1500 pounds of weed across state lines into a state where it isn’t legal. Don’t you think there is a difference?

It would have been perfectly legal for him to

He plead guilty and admitted to buying homes and other assets with the proceeds of illegal drug sales.

Yes, it’s dumb that weed isn’t federally legal. Yes, civil asset forfeiture is ridiculous. Yes, 40 years is an insane amount of time for this crime. No, this guy shouldn’t get away with no repercussions after breaking

We’re not talking about a dude losing his transportation to work because of a joint in his cup holder here.   This is a bit different.   If the Feds can prove that the cars were bought with the proceeds of illegal activity there’s nothing anyone can do.

Frankly, if Chrysler hadn’t been financially assaulted by Daimler and Cerberus, they could have put the development effort into the vehicle that it deserved.”

I can’t help but laugh at the people who inevitably whine about a crossover being useless because it doesn’t have triple lockers and a 2-speed transfer case. My work often has me traveling to rural communities in South America. Many of their “Roads” would scare off most Americans in lifted wranglers. Yet the locals
