Did you accidentally land here from Breitbart, 4 chan, or the red pill section of Reddit?

Sorry to hear that man. I guess I don’t feel bad for having dumped my 2013 right around the 28k mark. HPFP gremlins, ECU dies for no apparent reason the dealership could explain (except ‘you probably did something sir’), water pump replacements...all within 3 weeks!

Holy shit this comment section aged BADLY...almost makes it seem like half the comments were written by this Tyler character.

TLDR: loser with no aspirations attempts to tie down soon to be ex-girlfriend with a very nice-guy/neckbeard gesture inside a video game...but she doesn’t like video games. Lesson to game

Grimace reported his car stolen recently? Are we sure this isn’t it?

In all seriousness it passes the 5 foot test. But then you spot the ‘HOODRICH’ vanity plate, the no name wheels and tires. If he cheaped out on important yet relatively inexpensive stuff, you start to wonder about the craftsmanship of the paint,

Then you need to check your hearing every day...because this does not sound like a 4 banger turbo.

Nah...you should look up his recent comments about ‘courting women in a #metoo era’ super cringey, not sure what he was going for at all. But if that’s how he approaches social cues in general...damn. I feel someone with that much media exposure should/could turn down interview questions if he’s not comfortable

‘Objectively stupid people have made bombs successfully.’

‘Very sad to see people with zero Formula 1 experience commenting on this accident’ so basically...you?

What??? This is probably a more garbage take than the article. Driver aids are there to provide a manageable experience to the end user. Usually, an average person with a decent amount of cash, but not necessarily performance driving experience. Its a 700hp car, translation: the car is doing the work. Turn them off

Yeah you’re right I’ve heard it being referred to as Y spokes before. The hotter Focus siblings have always had nice options too. Probably the nicer trend among wheel manufacturers in a while. So glad they’re not directional like the GTIs for example...

The prices hike is absurd. 47k was already a hard pill to swallow. Believe it or not this truck can fill a certain niche. Bear with me, I’ve had bad experiences with Fords and GM cars. I couldn’t care less about trucks in the past but recently I had the need to be able to pull a 5-6k pound trailer. Only left me with

Oh it never left technically. What you’re looking at is the 2.0 naturally aspirated base engine, which always had VTEC.

That’s a disingenuous cherry picked example though. I had a much easier time getting the new Type R for very close to MSRP in the 3rd month of release than I would finding a semi-clean used EK hatch. Not to mention what it would then cost me to bring it into the 21st century. Awesome car for a project, but some people

Thankfully the Type R wheels are the more traditional split 5 into 10 spoke design. Like the Focus RS. But yeah everything else in their lineup is atrocious...stick to the classics Honda.

Better yet, same platform for these as the civilian models but with a mandatory different front and rear fascia. Then if the government/law enforcement insists on selling them off at a later date make them change the bumpers as part of their ‘decommissioning process. I know I know...I’m expecting wayyy too much.

Holly hell haven’t seen the movie in a minute and this is a true testament of how awkward aftermarket styling was back then. I guess that’s why the OEM+ look Japan was known for is better regarded and still exists to this day. Wonder what people 17 years from now will think about riveted fenders and

Are the base models that bad? I drove a 435i (the sedan with the wannabe A7 fastback) and an F80 M3 recently and handling/steering was not bad at all. Granted my daily is a 300hp FWD platform but compared to the dozen or so cars I’ve driven in various configurations for the past 2 years...not bad at all.

Oh I read it, and I still disagree. Because I know of other owners of this car using the same pads I have and getting even better results on track with slightly different rotors. Like I said, you know your stuff but there’s still nothing better than first hand experience. So although better pads and fluid might help a

Okay Mr. PhD then explain why everything you’ve described about factory Brembos or similar brakes I’ve experieced is the complete opposite of what you’ve described. Noisy when cold and tons of dust. You claim compounds make no difference and it’s all about brake pad size? I’ll go one further then, the rear brake pads
