It’s not a nice idea at all, are you kidding? They’re pricing individual homebuyers out of the market and driving up the average sale prices of homes, to the point that the only buyers who can compete are other large corporations.

“Fix them up” is pretty generous, from the Zillow houses I’ve seen.
