I’ve got a backlog. My philosophy is to not purchase any new games unless I know I am going to play it immediately and spend time on it. For example, I bought Picross S4 for Switch when it went on sale because I knew I would play it almost immediately and I had finished all of the other ones.

it is quite good for a free game. but honestly playing picross on a touch screen is pretty frustrating compared to using buttons and a d-pad, but that’s probably just because I got my start playing Mario’s Pocross for GB, so I’m used to that control scheme

souls games have never been “balanced as-is” lol, combat has always been exploitable and pretty damn unbalanced

I actually tried Tab for the first time because I read about it in Homestuck. Liked it enough to buy it on occasion. Sad to see it gone.

They still follow the Japanese pricing model, which most western publishers have moved away from after the industry crashed in the 2000s. In Japan, it’s common to pay 6k-9k yen for a single with 2-4 episodes on it. They hold their value about as well as you’d expect, too: generally if you wait a few months to a year…
