Yeah the HOA’s gonna lose this one. Body damage =/= paint damage. If they wanted to say that paint should be near-pristine then they should have written it in their by laws. Body damage indicates a dent or worse.

I only see 60 days notice as a good idea if you manage a significant group of people and have a plan for a transition period to document everything and help find a replacement. If you have no direct reports are not a decision maker in any way, why would they keep you around?

This is true. The turbos got MLS head gaskets right out of the box. M

The NA ones do. The turbo ones used a proper MLS gasket and generally didn’t. They spin rod bearings instead, but usually from oil starvation because people suck at checking the oil. EJ engines love to leak and have a fairly small oil capacity.

Don’t hold me to this, but the HG issue was endemic to the non-turbos, was it not?

It’s clear no one wants to take an obvious disadvantage by going first.  Doing it one at a time is the only clear solution.
