Is anyone really excited for this? I mean come on another brick on wheels that will break down at 73,000 miles.

That’s only 1hp/18,958 hype articles way way lower then any supercar.
It can’t live up to the hype. To much...way to much hype. It would need 1000+ hp on pump gas, and run deep deep 8's on pump fuel at this point. It should come with a parachute on it too.
`This is the same issue we have in politics with only 2 parties.
How is this thing a truck? Why is it even worth talking about? Seeing places like this talking about this car justifies the useless 4 exhausts exists on a useless car.
Be careful what you ask for, this guy was hoping for a whale tale in his face....well he got it.
I’m disappointed, all this build up and it can’t even make 1000hp on pump gas. Thank you for over hyping this car.
What car are you trying to call a wagon?
I would but it but it doesn’t have a clutch pedal.
No, Assholes make laws.
It’s true, in all my other cars I feel so restricted, I’ve driven the TDI 600+ miles non-stop, from San Diego to Lake Tahoe. Used to do the trip every month. Even with the Outbacks damn near 18gallon tank it still can’t touch the TDIs range....especially around town.
You forgot Use your neighbors wifi...at least when ordering pressure cookers and such.
Other manufactures do support tuning, BMW has in house tuners, Ford does, Subaru Does, Generally most other enthusiasts car brands have in house tuners who provide aftermarket parts and tuning for their cars.
In a Tesla?
It’s not a 2% improvement that would assume inspections can catch all issues and I don’t know about you but most my tire issues happen because of shit on the road that an inspection can’t help with. I’ve had power steering fail on a mountain road in a new car, an inspection couldn’t help with that. Inspection wouldn’t…
2% is less then 1% when you remove tire issues. Which wouldn’t get caught in inspections most the time. And when you realise how few people that is you’ll see money can be better spent almost anywhere else to make people safer.
But the inspections don’t really do much to help that. Inspectors arent paid enough to really care, They stack up cars all day and crank through them. If they spent the time it would take to truly inspect a car it would cost to much. As with everything in line there’s a point of diminishing returns. There are easier…
It’s 2% of all accidents based on a NHSTA. And these 2% are not injury accidents or deaths just all accidents, this also includes tire damage which more likey happens after inspection. So in reality it’s less than 1% of accidents. The cost is more than the benefit. More people die slipping in their tubs. So should we…
